At-Need Services

We at Final Path specialize in providing families the best professional care and attention throughout their time of need. We also offer a wide range of services such as, traditional burial, memorial services, cremations, direct cremations, military burial, or any type of religious or ethnic services of your request.

Honoring Veterans

We at Final Path are working closely with U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This organization supports The Veterans Legacy Program sharing the stories of Veterans through the legacy enshrined in our national cemeteries. According to the Program most members of the U.S. armed forces (either dishonorable and all active duty veterans) have a right to be entitled to burial in a National Cemetery, flag, headstone or grave Marker, Presidential Memorial Certificate.

March 17, 1927 – June 10, 2017
Anita Cardella was born March 17, 1927 in Chicago to Anthony and Irene Wright. She went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2017 at Belmont Village in Buffalo Grove surrounded by her family. Anita was a graduate of Steinmetz High School and 1948 graduate of St. Elizabeth Hospital where she received her R.N. degree and served in the medical field for many years.  Anita the worked in I.T. at Kraft for 17 years and another 23 at MCS, retiring at the age of 83. Anita is survived by her children Michael T. (the late Pudgy), Leonard J. Jr., Charles A. (Linda), Patricia R. (Thomas) Bromm, David P. Sr. (Michelle) and Dario; her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Melissa, Anthony, Julie, Michelle, Kristen, Karl-Thomas, Jason, Kyle, David Jr., Jack, Vincent and Elle; her great grandchildren Ava and Stella; her siblings Marie (the late Frank) Ringa; her sister in law and Ann (the late Frank) Rubino and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband Leonard J. Cardella, Sr., her grandson, Raymie; her brother Joseph (Shirley) Wright and her sisters in law Mary (the late Howard) Marquett and Rose (the late Richard) Boughamer and by her parents. Visitation 3:30 – 9 PM on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., (4 blocks south of Palatine Rd.) Henry “Hank” Richard Frankel was born November 20, 1917, to Richard and Adele (nee Meyer) Frankel in Chicago, Illinois. He died peacefully at his home on May 29, 2017 after a series of strokes. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Virginia (Casey) Frankel.
